Both versions share the same menu, mega menus, mobile menu and styling. Lite leaves out some features to keep the code smaller.

## How you customize it

You change Mega Menu Pro in three places:

1. **Attributes** on the elements. These turn features on and off, such as the overlay header or offcanvas mode. See [Header Pro](/bricksmegamenupro/elements/header-pro.md), [Nav (Nestable)](/bricksmegamenupro/elements/nav-nestable.md) and [Dropdown](/bricksmegamenupro/elements/dropdown.md).
2. **CSS variables** in the CSS tab of the **MENU Styles / Options** code block. These set colors, sizes and spacing. See [Styling](/bricksmegamenupro/styling.md).
3. **JavaScript options** in the JS tab of the same code block. These control behavior, such as the breakpoint or Stripe style. See [Menu Options](/bricksmegamenupro/menu-options.md).

You don't need to touch the other code blocks. See [Code Blocks](/bricksmegamenupro/elements/code-blocks.md).

### Change an attribute

1. In the builder, select the element in the Structure panel, for example **Nav (Nestable)**.
2. Open the **Style** tab, then **Attributes**.
3. Find the attribute by its **Name** and change its **Value**.

Most attributes are already on the template's elements. To turn a setting off, clear its **Value** and leave the attribute where it is, so you can turn it on again later.

Some pages ask you to add an attribute that isn't there yet. Add a new attribute in **Attributes**, type its name in **Name**, and type the value in **Value**. If the page says it needs no value, leave **Value** empty.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://design-with-cracka.gitbook.io/bricksmegamenupro/readme.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
